The more information you provide, the better chances of a locate.
Anything you have can help. A parents address from high school has
located many people! First and Last Name are required. A middle name
or initial is a big help. A birth date or approximate age is also a
big help but not required. Cities and States that the person lived in
at any time in their life is good. The more you can provide, the
better. At the very least, first and last name with approximate age
and last known city/state is enough.

Q: I have questions, may i contact you?
A: Yes,
from our contact
page you will find out how to
reach us by email or via online chat. We are available 7 days and
nights a week, all year long.
Q: Will the person I seek know I was
looking for them?
A: No.
Only once YOU contact them, will they know you sought them out. We
do attempt to confirm telephone numbers however, we do so in a way
where the subject will not know someone is actively seeking them
out.
Q: How long does it normally take to
get my findings once I submit my info to you?
A: Anywhere
from a couple of minutes to a few hours under most circumstances. In no instance will it take
more than 24 hours (rare) to receive our findings.
Q: Do you look for email addresses or cellular phone numbers?
A: No.
This is not something we look for in our searches. We look for real,
tangible information like full name, date of birth, SSN, drivers
license info, vehicles, real estate deeded to a subject, physical
addresses, previous addresses & associates. A cellular phone
number would only show up on a subjects profile if they used it as a
main number or supplied that number in their normal routines i.e.
credit applications, lease applications etc. etc. E-mail
addresses are not required in ANY of the databases we utilize in our
searches.
Q: Do you look for employment history?
A: In
2005 we began testing a service that that in many cases will pull
current or past employment on subjects. Currently, we are including
these results within our reports at no additional cost when
employment information is found on a subject.
Q: All I have is a Social Security
Number, can you find someone with that?
A: Yes!
If you have a subjects SSN, its all we need to locate the latest
information on them. Being a licensed private investigative firm, we
have direct access to databases including social security searches.
An SSN is NOT required by us to locate a subject however, if you
have one it will certainly expedite the search process.
Q: Can you tell me if someone
I am looking for is married or not?
A:
While we do not search for marriage records directly, we do run
addresses from your subjects address history to see if anyone
else is reporting them at the same time your subject is. If your
subject has a spouse or live-in partner it will likely show up in
our search and that information included in our report. There are
some states where we do have direct access to marriage and divorce
records and will be happy to check for you at no additional cost if
you request within those states.
